Greener Land Use for PES Refinery: Assessing Policy Interventions

 

Students in the course Methods of Policy Analysis (PLCY 504) have spent the quarter coming up with and assessing policy interventions that the City of Philadelphia could pursue to try to push the PES site toward a greener land use. We're all really proud of what they've come up with and want to share the results with interested members of the university community.
