Bio:

Valerie Booth, PhD, is an Teaching Professor in the Department of English and Philosophy at Drexel University, where she has taught in the First Year Writing Program and the English Program since 2010.

Dr. Booth earned her PhD in English Literature with a Certificate in Comparative Literature from Emory University in 1996. She earned an MA in American Literature from George Washington University in 1989, and a BA in Humanistic Studies from McGill University in 1985.

Her area of specialization is Modernism, British and American.
