Bio:
Tonja Robinson comes to Drexel with expertise in academic advising, student leadership development and program development and management. As an educator and mentor, she wields her passion for helping others and her skills to help students find their pathways to success through higher education and achieve their goals and dreams.
Tonja earned her master’s degree in Higher Education from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on contemporary issues, access, equity and ethics in higher education. During that time, she was also the Graduate Assistant for Student Services and Alumni Relations at the Dornsife School of Public Health here at Drexel University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish at Bryn Mawr College, where her calling to higher education first took root.
From Chester, Pennsylvania, Tonja enjoys being a lifelong neighbor of Philadelphia. When not on campus, she is either spending time with her family, enjoying the sunshine, or has her nose deep into a good book.
