Bio:

David Appleton began his career in higher education at Drexel in 2002 when he joined the School of Education. Throughout his career at Drexel, he has served in several roles, including Office Manager, Program Manager, and Academic Advisor. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Affairs for both the School of Education and, more recently, the College of Arts and Sciences. David holds an Master's degree from Catholic University of America in Congressional Studies and a Master's Degree in Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum from Drexel’s graduate teacher education program.

Much of David’s work has focused on supporting students, particularly those pursuing STEM-related fields. He enjoys helping students navigate their academic paths, overcome challenges, and make the most of their educational experiences.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing music, boating, watching funny movies, and spending time with his family. A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, David also loves returning home for Pizza and Ice Cream.
