Daniel Bahar, JD, is a Managing Director at Rock Creek Global Advisors, an international economic policy advisory firm. Mr. Bahar previously served as Assistant US Trade Representative for Services and Investment, leading services, investment, and digital trade policy and negotiations at the Office of the US Trade Representative. Mr. Bahar received a JD from Harvard Law School, an MA from the College of Europe, and a BS from Drexel University.

Co-Founder, Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions
Jim Benjamin is the co-founder of Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions, a treatment-resistant mental health clinic located in Atlanta, GA that offers innovative and compassionate treatment modalities for patients who have not responded to traditional antidepressant medications. Jim serves as the board chair of COR Inc., which works to unlock the potential of underserved, trauma-impacted students in schools and communities across Atlanta. He is also a board member of Azzly, Inc., an electronic medical record software company focused on the behavioral health market. In addition, Jim is a trustee at Lafayette College in Easton, PA. Jim lives in Atlanta with his wife and Breakthru co-founder, Dr. Karen Giles, his son Jake and his daughter Sam.
Madelyn (Smith) Caltabiano, PhD, BS Biological Sciences, '80
Madelyn (Lyn) Caltabiano, PhD, is a Pharmaceutical Senior Executive with over 35 years of expertise across multiple disease and business areas including prescription drugs, vaccines and diagnostics as well as all phases of drug development and discovery research including project management, clinical operations, business development and alliance management. Her career has focused on bringing important new medical products to patients through teamwork and developing executive talent in the process. Lyn obtained her PhD in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987.
Stephen Caltabiano, PhD, BS Biological Sciences, '80
Stephen (Steve) Caltabiano, PhD, is a Pharmaceutical Development Consultant currently advising and supporting the early clinical development of drugs in the Urology and Orthopedic/ Rheumatology therapeutic areas. Steve obtained his PhD in Physiology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience in global pharmaceutical research and development.
Santo Cannone, BS Humanities and Communication, '80
Board Chair, Tampa Bay Wave
Santo Cannone serves as the Board Chair for the Tampa Bay Wave business accelerator and on the boards of United Solutions Company and Tyfone, which deliver technology solutions to the financial services industry. He is an advisor to innovative technology companies such as Immertec, Maya.AI and Penta Privacy Lock. His experience includes leadership positions in sales, product management and operations for businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. He has served as a Chief Product Officer for Fiserv; Executive Vice President of Sales for Open Solutions; Chief Operating Officer at ConnectWise; and Senior Vice President of Real-Time Systems for FIS Global. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and an MBA from Penn State.

Anthony (Tony) J. DeSimone, Jr., PhD, is the Vice President of Engineering & Technology (E&T) at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) and chair of Lockheed Martin’s E&T Council. As the principal technical leader for RMS, Dr. DeSimone is focused on scientific discovery and advancing technical solutions across a diverse portfolio that includes helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, radar, undersea systems, spectrum dominance, cyber solutions and training and logistics solutions. Dr. DeSimone earned his doctorate in Theoretical Physics from Drexel University in 2005. He is a board member with the Drexel University Solutions Institute.

Lisa Dolberry Hancock, MIA, is the Director of Learning and Innovation at Columbia World Projects at Columbia University. She has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors designing and leading community impact initiatives and stewarding philanthropic investments to increase access and opportunity in higher education, entrepreneurship, international affairs, and the arts and to strengthen the capacity of people and organizations to lead change in their communities. Lisa holds a Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in International Area Studies (Latin America and Economics) from Drexel University.

Madison Eggert-Crowe, MPA, is Comcast’s Vice President of Political Affairs, overseeing the Company’s enterprise-wide political activities compliance program. Madison holds a BS in Political Science and Mathematics from Drexel University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government. Madison is a board member of the Public Affairs Council and the Committee of Seventy.

Jennifer Ganten, MBA, is the Chief Global Affairs Officer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) leading a cross-functional team building a fusion movement, growing global support for this credible solution to climate change. She brings decades of experience in energy policy advocacy, partnership building and global market expansion to CFS. Ganten received a BSc in International Area Studies from Drexel University, an International MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Paul Jezierny, Esq., is Of Counsel in the Miami office of Winston & Strawn LLP and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Paul represents clients across a broad range of industries in complex domestic and international business transactions.In addition, he regularly advises clients on corporate governance, securities law, and other general corporate matters. He also works with sponsors in the formation and structuring of US and global private investment vehicles. Paul received his BS in Political Science from Drexel University in 2010 and his JD and LLM in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013.

A technology consultant and executive by day, she has helped organizations transform by leveraging technology and process. As a writer and editor, she has identified talent like Jamie Ford's Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, Reuben "Tihi" Hayslett's Dark Corners, and many other authors whose works have been named best of the respective year. Lisa began Running Wild with the belief that we can change the world through story. Lisa obtained her BS from Drexel University, her MBA from Pennsylvania State University and her MFA from Fairfield University.

Rosario LoBrutto, PhD, is an enterprising Senior Pharmaceutical Executive with diverse and progressive global research and development leadership experience in innovative medicines, generics, and life cycle management. Rosario has over 25 years of experience working for Fortune 200/500 pharmaceutical companies across all significant areas of drug development, cross-functional portfolio planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Rosario earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Drexel University and his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Seton Hall University. He received an MBA with distinction from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and an MS in Health Care Policy and Leadership from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.

Deana is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at JDO Pools & Spas, a Class A construction firm based in Virginia that specializes in the design, building, and maintenance of high-end custom in-ground swimming pools and water features. Prior to starting her family business, Deana spent 19 years with Capital One in financial services marketing the launch of new products, new channels and new brands for their credit card division. She holds an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in International Area Studies from Drexel University.

She specializes in developing and implementing strategic communications programs for organizations and has been integral in managing companies through high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, distinguishing brands in highly commoditized markets, and navigating potentially devastating crisis events for companies and individuals. She received a Master of Arts in Communications Management from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Drexel University.

Catherine (Cate) Swift Sennett, Esq., is the Partner in Charge of Advisory Services for Jackson Cross Partners, a commercial real estate company in King of Prussia, PA. Cate manages a full-time staff of twenty-five attorneys, real estate professionals, and office shore teams who assist on large-scale international and domestic abstracting and real estate portfolio projects. She has developed comprehensive training programs for lease abstracting and document management focused on data integrity and quality control of property information for significant retail and commercial property lessees. Cate graduated from Drexel in 1980 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova School of Law in 1983. She was a founding employer with the Drexel School of Law’s co-op program.
