Margery A. Lockard, PT, PhD Coauthored a Book, Prosthetics and Orthotics in Clinical Practice: A Case Study Approach, a research-based, problem-solving approach to prosthetics and orthotics. A clinical focus with unfolding case studies, stimulating questions, and an outstanding art program of 550 photographs and line illustrations make important concepts easy to understand and apply. Also included is a discussion, unique to this text, of the pathology of what necessitates amputations and why you would choose one prosthetic/orthotic over another. The book was published by F.A. Davis company in March 2011.
