Genevieve Porrecca is undergraduate nursing skills lab coordinator and an assistant clinical professor in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University. Prior to this role, Porrecca was part of the Center for Interprofessional Clinical Simulation and Practice (CICSP) team and served as both the education specialist and the director. Porrecca taught as an adjunct faculty member in the skills lab as well as fundamental clinicals. She teaches Pharmacology II for Nursing and Health Assessment for Nursing Practice. Porrecca was a bedside nurse on a telemetry/stoke unit for 17 years and is PCCN certified. Prior to coming to Drexel in 2016, Porrecca was an adjunct clinical instructor for several local nursing programs.
