Ann is the President of AMC Healthcare Solutions, Inc. where she is an advisor to healthcare services and technology companies. She is an accomplished healthcare executive and previously held senior roles in marketing, business development and client relations. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, growth acceleration and operational leadership. Ann has experience bringing new services and technology into health plans, insurance carriers and life sciences companies. Ann also advises investors and has been a Board Director at Priority Care Solutions, Tampa, FL, Social Security Advocates for the Disabled, Norwell, MA and Advisor to Lindy, Cambridge, MA. Ann has developed national provider networks and innovative patient engagement, care management and cost containment programs.

Ann is active in the innovation ecosystem in Boston where she sits on the Investment

Advisory Board of the Spark Fund and is a mentor of early-stage life sciences and

technology ventures at Northeastern University, her alma mater. She is currently the

President of the Board of Managers and a Trustee of the Vincent Memorial Hospital

Foundation at Massachusetts General Hospital and a founding board member of SONSIEL, the society of nurse, scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders.

Ann started her early career as a nurse at Mass General Hospital and believes strongly that keeping the focus on the patient is the driver of developing successful innovations in healthcare.
