The 4th Annual Conference on Employee Benefits, Social Security and Executive Compensation will feature presentations by nationally and internationally recognized experts.
The keynote speaker will be Frank Cummings, former minority counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources, chief of staff to the late Sen. Jacob Javits of New York and a driving force behind the development of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
Additional speakers will include:
- Brendan S. Maher, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law
- Dana M. Muir, Professor of Business Law at the Ross School of Business, at the University of Michigan
- Paul Secunda, Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School
- John A. Turner, Director of the Pension Policy Center in Washington, D.C.
