Thursday, July 21, 2016
5:00 PM-6:30 PM
Mindfulness is finding its way into the world of entrepreneurs in countless ways. From programs in businesses small and large to increase employee retention, to daily personal practices of managing the stress and responsibility of starting a new business.
Mindfulness is evolving from trend to necessity for many entrepreneurs and businesses around the globe. But what is mindfulness, and how can it help entrepreneurs right from the start?
Join Drexel alum Anna Greenwald, owner of On the Goga, a Philadelphia-based corporate yoga studio, to discuss and discover how Mindfulness for the Entrepreneur can take your body, mind, and business to the next level. A great selection of healthy foods will be provided after the session.
