Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship Programs and Assistant Teaching Professor
Damian Salas is the Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship Programs and Assistant Teaching Professor for the Close School of Entrepreneurship.
Damian serves on the board of directors for the ITEM and Volunteer Aid, and is a past board member of The Philadelphia Alliance. As a board member of the Philadelphia Alliance, Damian founded and chaired the Administration Domain. Under his leadership, the Domain led the marketing strategy that enabled the expansion of the Alliance to over $5 billion. He was also director of Organizational Development for Horizon House, Inc., a $100 million nonprofit in Philadelphia. In this role, Damian was a member of the senior leadership team responsible for talent development and human resources.
Damian is the founder and CEO of Universal Home Services (UHS), a real estate services company. He holds a patent in the home inspections services industry. In addition, Damian is founder of Inovas Group, LLC, a holding company with Universal Home Services, and former assets Inovas Workforce (a management consulting firm) and Inovas Group ( biomedical commercialization firm with a nanomaterial for healthcare).
Damian holds an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in Business Administration from Chestnut Hill College.
