The Baiada Institute at The Close School of Entrepreneurship is pleased to introduce its new "Mentor Match" program.

More than 30 successful entrepreneurs and business people have signed up to share their experience, enthusiasm and expertise with you.

Dan McCarten of ADH Do said this of his experience as a Mentee:
"Access to mentors was the most valuable part of my experience at the Baiada Institute; not just for the insightful conversations but also for the ability to leverage the depth of their experience and network connections. For me, personally, the most meaningful outcome was the genuine relationship that formed between me and my mentor. That relationship was more valuable than the knowledge capital I gained."

Each term, we will feature six outstanding Mentors, but feel free to choose a mentor from our complete database.

It's easy to sign up for a match. Simply go to "People", then "Mentors" to access a list of potential mentors. Learn more about each mentor by clicking "About". Once you have chosen a Mentor to work with, click "Request Mentor". A Baiada staff member will review your request to ensure that you and the mentor you selected are a good match. Once your Mentor Match has been approved, you will be notified via email with "Next Steps", a link to your new Mentor's Schedule of Availability, and their preferred meeting location (in person, over Skype or Zoom or by phone.) Your new Mentor will reach out to you after you have requested a Meeting Time Slot to confirm.
