The Drexel Business Inclusion Center (BIC) is led by Transition Pathways in collaboration with Community Integrated Services. We are dedicated to driving inclusive hiring practices and improving employment outcomes for workers with autism and other disabilities.

  • The BIC supported Aramark to host 4 hiring events in December 2022, June 2023, December 2023, and June 2024.

  • Over 150 job offers have been made.

  • The Drexel Business Inclusion Center connected over 100 employees with disabilities to jobs in the District.

  • Additionally, over 250 District employees received training on being an inclusive employer.
