Channel Your Drexel Passion Through the Drexel Ambassador Program!

The Drexel Ambassador program is a new alumni initiative that provides opportunities for you to celebrate your Drexel pride and share the University's vision with your own community.  As a Drexel Ambassador, you will play a key role in supporting Drexel’s forward momentum by participating in opportunities to:

• Strengthen the Drexel Community: Help foster a sense of community among alumni and current students through networking and mentorship.
• Champion Drexel's Growth: Become an advocate for Drexel by supporting recruitment efforts and strategies to broaden the alumni pipeline for co-op and scholarships.
• Advance Drexel's Mission: Spread the word about new initiatives and positive Drexel news within your professional and social networking circles.

Who can be a Drexel Ambassador?

Drexel Ambassadors are alumni from any graduation year, college and school who are passionate about Drexel and want to be part of shaping the University's future. These alumni are raising their hands to be champions for the University by sharing its vision with their family, friends and networks and engaging meaningfully throughout the year.

How do you become a Drexel Ambassador?

Each year, to become a Drexel Ambassador, you will take an orientation on Dragon Network, Drexel’s online professional development community for students and alumni. This 20-minute training is embedded with videos, testimonials and trivia questions to provide you with talking points about Drexel today and how it is evolving. The orientation is designed to prepare you for conversations with prospective students, other alumni and community members. You will also learn about how to get more deeply involved as an alum and discover ways to meaningfully give back.

What are the benefits of being a Drexel Ambassador?

After completing orientation, Drexel Ambassadors will receive:

• A Shareable Certificate and Badge: Post your accomplishment on LinkedIn to let others know that you’re a proud Drexel Ambassador!
• Free Swag: Earn swag by completing challenges throughout the year that include mentorship, events and giving.
• Special Event Offers: Get early access and discounts for upcoming events and programs.
• Exclusive Newsletters: Stay in the loop by getting the latest Drexel updates and news.

To begin the orientation and become an official Drexel Ambassador, follow the steps below:

1. Create or log into your alumni account on Dragon Network
   • New members must wait for their account to be approved before accessing orientation.
2. Navigate to “Pathways” under the “Resources” tab.
3. Scroll down to the “Drexel Ambassador Program Orientation” and click “Start Pathway”.
