helping clients learn what they love and value about fitness
What got you into training?
When I was in undergrad, I noticed that the gym can be a place that is not very welcoming to women. It was so important to me that I helped other women know that not only do we have a place in the gym, but we can also be experts in fitness.

Cooking and spending time with my cat, Thumper!

I was a pole vaulter for 5 years!
Advice for Clients?
Try everything! In the long run, it is most important that whatever you do to stay active, is something that you enjoy. This will help you stay motivated through your lifetime.
