Sheila Tripathy, PhD presents on Community-Based Air Monitoring in South and Southwest Philadelphia

The 2022 Urban Health Summer Institute will be held June 24 - July 1, 2022. Courses are available for participants at all career levels with a focus on skills training related to urban health. 

Atheendar Venkataramani, MD, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine and a board-certified general internist at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Medical Center. He is also Director of the Opportunity for Health Lab. His research focuses on the life-course origins of health and socioeconomic inequality.

Luis H. Zayas PhD is dean and the Robert Lee Sutherland Chair in Mental Health and Social Policy at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work, and professor of Psychiatry at the Dell Medical School of the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Zayas is both a social worker and developmental psychologist. His clinical work and research have focused on disadvantaged families, particularly Hispanic and other ethnic/racial minorities.
