The Drexel Urban Health Collaborative and the Ubuntu Center are honored to host Dr. Zinzi Bailey, a social epidemiologist focused on cancer health disparities, as well as the health impacts of and policy solutions for structural and institutional discrimination, especially at the intersection of public health and criminal justice. The Drexel Urban Health Collaborative is thrilled to host Theresa Dirndorfer Anderson, PhD, Chief Data/AI Ethicist at Connecting Stones at our May 15 Weekly Forum. Dr. Anderson will present “Making Data Matter: Applying AI Technologies for Community Benefit,” and will be available for discussion after her talk.

Explore local and international efforts to make data more accessible and usable, while acknowledging the complexities created by considerations of data ownership, stewardship and provenance. We will have two round tables with time for Q&A. Light appetizers will be served. Everyone is welcome!

Dr. Pollack Porter will present a talk entitled “Promoting Policies that Advance Health Equity” and will be available to answer questions after the talk.
