The Belgian American Educational Foundation (B.A.E.F.) encourages applications for fellowships for advanced study or research during one academic year (6-12 months), at a Belgian University or institution of higher learning.
Applicants must either be registered in a graduate program towards a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the United States, or register in a graduate program in Belgium (Masters or Ph.D.) in Belgium, or hold a Masters, Ph.D., or equivalent degree.
Preference is given to applicants under the age of 30. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is optional.
