Congratulations to Drexel’s nominees for the 2012 Goldwater Scholarship.
James Goodman (Biomedical Engineering ’13) hopes to pursue a career in neuroengineering, looking for ways to enable patients with Spinal Cord Injury to regain refined range of motion.
Wendy Harris (Physics ’13) is interested in a career in medical physics, looking at ways that neuroimaging can help us better understand autism spectrum disorders.
Nicholas Kruczek (Physics ’13) would like to pursue a career in nuclear physics, studying the properties of super-heavy nuclei.
Robert Wexler (Chemistry ’13) is looking forward to a career in theoretical quantum chemistry, working to develop a model for efficiently measuring nano-scale materials.
