The Forum was hosted by The German Marshall Fund of the United States, in collaboration with the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation at Drexel University and with the support of the William Penn Foundation. A diverse panel of local, national, and international participants and experts was invited to recommend creative strategies for the reuse of industrial spaces in Philadelphia, with a specific focus on two sites: the Delaware Power Station and the Lehigh Viaduct.
