Many companies are offering low cost internet options in the Philadelphia area and we want to help navigate the information essential to these programs.
Connecting to WIFI/wireless networks
There are many ways to get connected to WiFi/ wireless networks including free hotspots in Philadelphia. Digital Navigators will provide information essential to location and connectivity to these hotspots.
Learning how to use your smart phone as a hotspot wireless network
Digital Navigators can help you navigate your phone to setup a hotspot wireless network that will connect your laptop or other wireless device to the internet.
Using your Chromebook, Windows, or Macintosh computer or other devices
Help with many problems with your laptop, desktop or tablet can be solved by our Digital Navigators that will work with you to find the solution that is right for you.
Information on educational tools provided by the School District of Philadelphia
Digital Navigators are working with the School District and City to understand the needs of many of the community members in Philadelphia and part of this is helping students and parents with the new technology that comes with registration and classes.
Drexel will be working with local partner programs to distribute refurbished computers and Chromebooks to families and residents in need.
