Discrimination, Harassment and Bias Incidents

Drexel University welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives and believes that an inclusive and respectful environment enriches the University community and the educational and employment experience of its members. Drexel's Discrimination, Harassment and Bias Incident Prevention Policy provides a prompt, thorough, confidential and respectful process for handling and investigating complaints of discrimination and/or harassment on the basis of:

  • race;
  • color;
  • national origin;
  • religion;
  • sex;*
  • sexual orientation;
  • disability;
  • age;
  • status as a veteran or special disabled veteran;
  • gender identity and expression;
  • genetic information; and
  • any other characteristic prohibited by law (i.e., creed, marital status, citizenship status).

* The University also has a separate Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Misconduct Policy.

The EIC incident reporting form is EIC's preferred and primary method for receiving reports. Completion of this form ensures the most secure and complete information. Please email eic@drexel.edu if you are unable to submit this form.
