The following are external resources for data analysis and image processing that you may find useful. The pages and resources are not maintained by Drexel University or the Materials Characterization Core, so we cannot guarantee their continuity or functionality. However, we may be able to assist you with installs or data analysis questions.

General Image Processing

Many of you may already use some installation of ImageJ for image processing. A full featured version is FIJI: https://imagej.net/Fiji

Gatan Microscopy Suite Gatan is offering an offline version of their software for image analysis. Follow the directions at their site for installation: https://www.gatan.com/complimentary-gms-3-software-during-covid-19-lab-closures 

Oxford Instruments is offering a limited time offline license for the AZtec EDS software. First, email aztec.timed@oxinst.com and request a license. The software (>5GB) can be dowloaded at the following location: https://tinyurl.com/OxfordDownload. The download is a disc image. Right-click on it and then click Mount.  The information in the file will now appear in file explorer as if you inserted a DVD.  From there, click on “AZtec DVD”, then run the AZtecSetup executable. 

XPS

Access CASA XPS with the link http://www.casaxps.com/.  Download the software there and contact Dmitri for the required library file and further instructions. Also MultiPak is free for the download from PHI: https://www.ulvac-phi.com/en/surface-analysis/surface/
