Bio:

Christina is a postdoctoral research fellow in the WELL Center working with Evan Forman. Christina received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Duke University under the supervision of Gary Bennett, where she developed burgeoning expertise in using acceptance- and mindfulness-based therapies to treat internalized weight bias and other weight-related issues. Prior to graduate school, she worked at Penn's Center for Weight and Eating Disorders and the University of the Sciences' Health Behavior Research Lab. Christina hopes to build a program of research and clinical work that combines acceptance- and mindfulness-based practice, trauma-informed principles, and digital tools to increase access to evidence-based psychotherapies and improve health and well-being for all.
