The First-Year Exploratory Studies (FYES) program is comprised of two academic tracks that provide you with options to fit your goals. Through one-on-one academic advising and planning, we help you select diverse courses in schools across the University to discover the major that's right for you. Each major has different internal transfer requirements and the FYES team will work closely with you to help you meet those requirements. If you are certain you are finished exploring and are ready to declare your major before the end of your first year, you may do so as early as the winter term. Similar to any other major at Drexel, you can select a four-year with one co-op, five-year with three co-ops, or a non-co-op option when you enroll in FYES. Our advising team can help you discover what kind of careers interest you through our academic tracks and exploratory courses.
