His lecture was entitled "The Danger of White Innocence," and sparked interest in continuing the conversation about many of the topics he raised.

    Shaina DePaul has a relative she particularly admired growing up, and because her aunt is a nurse, DePaul was able to land her first job in medicine early in her life. It was there that she discovered nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and the rest, as they say, is history. After graduating from Drexel’s program in 2016, this New York physician assistant and her husband take advantage of their new home city and their love of travel every chance they can.
