Drexel Continuing Nursing Education Conferences offer great value -- a great solution for your face-to-face marketing needs. Get in front of a focused healthcare audience with your relevent message!

Reserve Exhibit Space Today.

Exhibits will be self-standing, tabletop exhibits. You will receive one 6-ft. draped table, 2 chairs, and exhibitor badges. Exhibit room location will be announced with exhibitor confirmation letter.

Please note: If you wish to fax us the registration form, we will hold space on a tentative basis. However, space assignment will be based on date of receipt of completed registration form and received payment.

Distribution of Giveaways.

Product samples, literature, and giveaways may take place at your exhibit space. Raffles and contests are also encouraged. All attendees are permitted to participate in all exhibit activities.

Can't Exhibit? Display Your Materials!

If you are unable to exhibit in person, you can send your materials and purchase a full page advertisement in the Conference Program Book. We will ensure that your materials are available to participants. Please use the exhibit application and indicate display option. Confirmation and shipping information will be forwarded to you. 

Rules & Regulations.

Exhibits must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours. Drexel University reserves the right to review and keep copies of all promotional materials being distributed.

Exhibitor Badges.

All exhibitors must be registered. Pre-registered exhibitors may pick up name badges at exhibitor registration. We will provide you with unlimited exhibitor badges. Your exhibitor badge enables you to enter the general sessions. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU RECEIVE CONTACT HOURS, YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY THE APPLICABLE FEE.

Electrical Services.

Electricity (120 Volts) will be available upon request at the rate indicated according to the conference location. A higher rate will be charged on site for electrical services.

Exhibit and electrical fees must be paid in advance. Exhibit space and electric service are not reserved until payment is received.

Shipment & Security of Materials.

Drexel University is not responsible for shipment or security of materials and associated costs. Shipping of materials must be arranged through the conference venue. We will send shipping information with your confirmation letter.

Payments must be made payable to: DREXEL UNIVERSITY

Refund Policy.

All requests must be in writing. For cancellations must be received by posted deadline for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total amount paid; refunds are paid following the Conference. If the Conference is cancelled by Drexel University, exhibitors and sponsors will receive full refund of the payment from Drexel University.

Important Notice:

Materials Shipped to the hotel are subject to applicable handling and storage charges.

Please contact the hosting hotel directly for costs. Materials should be shipped for arrival no earlier than three (3) business days before the start of the meeting. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping, storage, or delivery charges provided by the hotel. These charges must be paid in full when boxes are received from storage.
