Asha Criner
Master's Fellow
Asha Criner is an MPH student concentrating in Health Management and Policy. Asha graduated from Macalester College with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Urban Studies this past May. She has previously worked at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy under Dr. Karunya Kandimalla studying Pharmacokinetics of macromolecules related to Alzheimer's Disease and metabolic syndromes. She is also a contributor in the book “Illmatic Consequences: The Clapback to Opponents of ‘Critical Race Theory’”. Asha is energized by the opportunity to work at the Urban Health Collaborative, where she intends to merge her passions for health science and public policy to hopefully inform new solutions to make healthcare services and technologies more accessible to those who need them.
