Senior Project Manager
Miranda Ouellette, MPH, CHES, is a Senior Project Manager for the Community-Led Research Project Coordination Center (C3), which provides support to CBOs implementing structural interventions to address health outcomes. Miranda has been with Drexel University since 2024 and previously held roles at the Maryland Department of Health and the Georgia Department of Public Health, where she worked with federal and state programs addressing population health, chronic disease, disability inclusion, and food insecurity. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University and is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Health Equity and Social Justice. Miranda is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
