Carolina Rendón Arango
Communications Specialist
Carolina Rendón holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Universidad de Antioquia. She has over three years of experience in the environmental and climate change sector, working for both government agencies and non-governmental organizations. At the UHC, her responsibilities include co-developing and overseeing communications for the SALURBAL-Climate project as well as supporting strategic dissemination and outreach activities for the Drexel Climate Change and Urban Health Research Center (CCUH). Carolina supports both projects in maintaining an active online presence, effectively disseminating complex research findings, and developing engagement and capacity-building initiatives targeting academic, policy, and community audiences in both the United States and Latin America. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Literary Studies with an emphasis on Ecocriticism.
