About the Strategic Plan
Drexel University’s strategic plan was developed under the direction of the Executive Planning Committee (EPC) chaired by President John Fry that began work in October 2019.
Prior to the formation of the EPC, members of the University community engaged in pre-planning from 2018-2019.
Drexel University's strategic plan, Drexel 2030 – Designing the Future, was approved by the Board of Trustees and launched in December 2020. The plan is an ambitious blueprint for transforming our University into a more nimble, collaborative, and inclusive community and a global leader in research, innovation, experiential learning, and civic engagement.
Plan implementation began in early 2021. Read more about implementation.
