Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of the software and applications used or available for purchase throughout the university. For a complete list of university offerings, please visit the IT software list. If neither list contains your desired AI tool, OR you would like to purchase a paid license for an AI tool NOT provided by Drexel, OR your use case warrants a data classification level higher than what is listed, please visit and complete a Third Party Risk Assessment to determine what level of data is safe for you to use with that tool and use case.

Microsoft Copilot Chat with Enterprise Data Protection A web-based AI chat assistant, protected by security, privacy, and compliance features that ensure organizational data is handled responsibly, access is permission-based, and content is never used to train AI models. Microsoft Power BI Pro Power BI is Microsoft's business analytics platform that offers integrated tools and services to connect, visualize, and share data.
Power BI integrates AI to support deeper data analysis and more intuitive exploration. Users can interact with their data using natural language queries, automatically detect trends and anomalies, and generate narrative summaries that explain key insights.

Adobe Express Premium Create images and text effects with Adobe Firefly in Adobe Express or on the web at firefly.adobe.com.
Best for creating standout content like social media posts, stories, logos, flyers, and banners.
Note: There is a 250 generative credit limit for standard generative AI features per person, per month. Premium generative AI features, such as audio and video creation, are not included in Adobe Express Premium for education plans.

Claude.ai Claude.ai is a conversational AI developed by Anthropic. It uses advanced language models to assist with writing, data analysis, coding, image interpretation, and multilingual tasks. Meta.ai Meta.ai is Meta's conversational AI assistant built on the open-source Llama 3.2 model. It supports text generation, image editing, and voice interaction across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Notable features include real-time image editing, voice mode, Ray-Ban smart glasses integration, and availability on web and mobile. Perplexity AI Perplexity AI is a search assistant that combines conversational language models with real-time web access to provide cited answers.
