The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is the US federal government's premier leadership development program for advanced degree holders across all academic disciplines. Fellows participate in a two-year, full-time, paid fellowship at a federal agency. They also have the opportunity to participate in a rotational opportunity at another agency. Students can use this two-year fellowship as a stepping stone to highly visible and respected leadership positions in the federal government.

Applicants must expect to complete a graduate or professional degree during the academic year of application, or have completed their degree no more than two years before the application opening date.
