In continuation of the Nowak Lab's procurement work and in collaboration with the Latino Community Foundation, the Lab produced the Supply California Procurement Playbook.

The California Procurement Playbook is a first-of-its-kind analysis of how Latino-owned businesses in California - the world's 4th largest economy - are faring in the federal procurement economy, and how much opportunity remains untapped. The Playbook assesses the size and scope of California's federal procurement economy, and puts forth firm-first strategies to support the participation and growth of local and diverse businesses in California.
