Milena Dovali Delgado

Milena is a Research Officer at the Nowak Metro Finance Lab at Drexel University. She has recently completed the Master of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and holds a BA in Economics. Milena has focused her studies on economic development, data analysis, inequality, and urban policy. In 2021 she worked as a consultant for the Development Impact Evaluation department in the World Bank. She developed an econometrics model to analyze the Electronic Filing Law (LTE) effects in Chile's Civil Courts. Previously, she served for three years as a Research Coordinator in Oxfam-Mexico where she worked alongside recognized scholars to create and communicate evidence for multiple inequality agendas. At the Nowak Metro Finance Lab, Milena will be researching opportunities to support minority-owned businesses and regenerate urban commercial corridors.
