  Understanding Consumer Behavior and Product Decision Making in Voice-Assisted vs. Mouse-Click Shopping This research focuses on voice-assisted shopping (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Domino’s DRU assist), and examines how consumers shop and make decisions differently in voice-assisted shopping mode, comparing with traditional online shopping navigated by mouse clicks.
