New Grant Monitoring Report Available
The new Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Grant Balance and Deficit Report is now available.
This report provides real-time visibility into grant activity, helping departments monitor spending, identify potential issues early, and support effective financial management of sponsored projects.
Report Features
The report provides several tools to support grant monitoring and help departments quickly identify awards requiring attention.
- Grant Balances – View current grant and fund balances for awards managed by your organization and monitor spending trends to help identify potential deficits before they occur.
- Grant Deficits – Identify grants and funds that have exceeded their available grant funding and require corrective action.
- Flexible Filtering – Filter data by chart of accounts, grant status, organization, fund, grant, and balance information to focus on the transactions most relevant to your area.
- Export Options – Export report results directly to Excel, PDF, or PowerPoint for additional analysis and reporting.
