As members of the Drexel University community, we each share responsibility for the welfare of the University (CPO-1 Code of Conduct). This responsibility means that if you see something or know of something that may indicate a violation of law or University policy, Say Something. If you have questions about whether a situation violates University policy, is illegal, or constitutes improper conduct, It's Okay to Ask.
You should first direct your question or report to your immediate supervisor or other appropriate administrator or supervisor within your college, school or department (CPO-4 Reporting Obligation Policy). You may also contact the Chief Compliance, Privacy and Internal Audit Officer or other appropriate University Official with your questions and concerns.
Sometimes, however, reporting your questions and concerns may be uncomfortable. You may want to remain anonymous. That's when the Compliance Hotline can help. The Drexel University Compliance Hotline should be used to report known or suspected violations of the law, University policy, or the University's Code of Conduct, without fear of retaliation in accordance with CPO-4 Reporting Obligation Policy.
Reporting to the Compliance Hotline Is Easy
To make a report online, visit drexel.ethicspoint.com. To make a report over the phone, call 1.866.358.1010. All reports are taken seriously and are thoroughly reviewed and investigated by the appropriate University department.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Compliance Hotline should not be used for immediate threats to life or safety. If you are aware of any incident that may constitute an emergency threat to life and safety, or criminal conduct, including sexual assault, child abuse or other similar misconduct (whether on or off campus), report the incident immediately to the Drexel Police Department at 215.895.2222, or the Philadelphia Police Department at 911.
Questions about these policies or the Compliance Hotline may be addressed to email@example.com.
