Philadelphia Leaders Announce 61 City Pools Will Open Throughout Summer

Lisa Kidd, a training specialist at the Center for Nonviolence and Social Justice's Healing Hurt People program, was quoted in a June 14 WPVI (6-abc) story about Philadelphia opening 61 city pools this summer.

"This is how we can help kids find something different to do than what's aggravating them or upsetting them, and we can have people here supporting them with resources. I think it's awesome," said Kidd.
