Mr. Dahlberg is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Dahlberg served as Executive Vice President of General Dynamics where he was responsible for the company's Information Systems and Technology Group. Previously, he was Raytheon's Executive Vice President for Business Development and President of Raytheon International. Mr. Dahlberg began his career with Hughes Aircraft in June 1967. When Raytheon acquired Hughes Aircraft in 1997, he became President and Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Systems Company and oversaw operations of the defense business units. Three years later, he assumed the duties of Executive Vice President for business development and President of Raytheon International. Mr. Dahlberg received a Master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California in 1969. He is a Director of Teledyne Technologies and the National Defense Industrial Association, and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Surface Navy Association, the Association of the United States Army, and a lifetime member of the United States Navy League. Mr. Dahlberg was elected to Drexel's College of Engineering's Alumni Circle of Distinction in 2003. In 2008, Mr. Dahlberg was inducted into the National Commission for Cooperative Education Hall of Fame.

Mr. Donnelly has over forty years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career with L.F. Driscoll, a construction management firm, as an estimator; he served as President until 2004, and he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, L.F. Driscoll has worked on such local projects as the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Wharton School's Huntsman Hall, the First Union Center, the Apollo at Temple, the Philadelphia Phillies' ballpark, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and, at Drexel, North Residence Hall. Mr. Donnelly has been active with numerous organizations including as Chair of the Board of Managers for Moore College of Art & Design, a Trustee of Our Lady of Lourdes Health Care Services, and a Director at the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation. Mr. Donnelly has also been involved with the Purchasing Management Association of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Chapter of Legatus, Cross Keys Fraternity of Philadelphia, and Carpenters' Company of the City and County of Philadelphia. He was a recipient of Drexel's Goodwin College of Professional Studies' Key "D" Award, the Alumni Specialty Award, and the Mary S. Irick Award.

Dr. Mahmoud A. El-Sherif, PhD, College of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, 1987. Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Photonics Laboratories, Inc. and Photonics GTT, Inc.
Dr. El-Sherif has over 40 years of experience in teaching, research and development, and technology development and transfer. He is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Photonics Laboratories, Inc. and Photonics GTT, Inc. From 1989 to 2003, Dr. El-Sherif served as a Research Professor of Materials, Electrical and Computer Engineering at Drexel. Also at Drexel, he was the founder and Director of the Fiber Optics and Photonics Manufacturing Engineering Center, which was named a Center of Excellence by the State of Pennsylvania. Dr. El-Sherif is a leading inventor in the area of fiber optics and opto-electronics, as well as smart and intelligent materials and structures. In 2001, he was the recipient of several awards from the American Biographical Institute for community service and professional achievement, including the Institute's American Medal of Honor. He was also awarded the National Republican Congressional Committee's Congressional Medal of Distinction in 2001. He has published over 100 papers and he holds 16 U.S. Patents and Patents Pending. He is the inventor of the Smart Parachute in collaboration with the U.S. Army and the Sapphire Optical Waveguide in collaboration with the NASA Lewis Research Center. Dr. El-Sherif is an honored member of Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in the World. In addition to his PhD from Drexel, Dr. El-Sherif received his BS from Cairo University, Egypt, and his MS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Frederico has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Assured Guaranty since December 2003. Assured Guaranty is a Bermuda-based holding company that provides financial guaranty insurance and reinsurance, as well as mortgage guaranty coverage through its operating subsidiaries. Mr. Frederico served as Vice Chairman of ACE from 2003 until 2004, and he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ACE and Chairman of ACE INA Holdings, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. He also served as a Director of ACE from 2001 until 2005, when he retired. He previously served as President of ACE Bermuda Insurance, Ltd., Executive Vice President, Underwriting, and as Executive Vice President, Financial Lines. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Frederico spent 13 years working for various subsidiaries of American International Group (AIG). He completed his employment at AIG after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AIG Risk Management. Previously, Mr. Frederico was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UNAT, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIG headquartered in Paris, France. Mr. Frederico is a member of the Board of Trustees at Drexel. He was elected to the National Commission for Cooperative Education Hall of Fame in 2004.

Ms. Hart is Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sterling Talent Solutions, the global leader in background screening with nearly 4,000 employees in 20 offices in 9 countries. She joined Sterling Talent Solutions as President in May 2013 and was named CEO in January 2015. Since joining the company, Ms. Hart has introduced new leadership and strategies to accentuate Sterling Talent Solutions high performance culture while accelerating the growth of its global revenue footprint.
Prior to joining Sterling Talent Solutions, Ms. Hart was President and CEO of Infogroup and a member of the Board of Directors from July 2010 through December 2011. From 2006 to 2010, she was Executive Vice President, Dow Jones & Company, a News Corporation Company, and President, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group. She was President and CEO of Factiva, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters, from 2000 to 2006 and, during her tenure, she grew the company from number three in its industry to number one.
Ms. Hart has won numerous awards for leadership and innovation including Inside Market Data's 2010 Hall of Fame, where she was recognized as "The Visionary" and Drexel University's Drexel 100, the University's alumni hall of fame. She also served on the Direct Marketing Association and the Software and Information Industry Association Board.
In addition to her Drexel degree, Ms. Hart earned an MBA from Rider University.

Mr. Lawrie is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Misys, and in 2009, he was appointed to a new role as Chairman of Allscripts Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Misys is the largest independent, U.K.-based information technology company, and it is a software provider to insurance and financial services, banking and securities, and health care markets. Before Misys, Mr. Lawrie briefly served as Chief Executive Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Siebel, Mr. Lawrie served in various positions at IBM Corporation for more than 26 years. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Lawrie was IBM's Senior Vice President and Group Executive, where he was responsible for IBM's sales and distribution operations worldwide. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Lawrie served as IBM's General Manager in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he led a team of over 90,000 employees with responsibility for sales, distribution, and services operations in 124 countries. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Lawrie was IBM's General Manager, Personal Software Products, and he later headed the Network Computing Software Division at a global level. Mr. Lawrie held various sales, marketing, development, and financial management positions at IBM from 1977 to 1997. He serves as a Director at Misys, Juniper Networks, Good Technology, Inc, Symbol Technologies, SSA Global Technologies, and Seibel Systems. Mr. Lawrie obtained his BA from Ohio University, and in 2006, he was honored as a Distinguished Alumnus from the University. He currently serves on the Drexel University Board of Trustees.

Denis P. O'Brien, MBA, LeBow College of Business, 1987. Executive Vice President, Exelon Corporation; President and Chief Executive Officer, PECO Energy
Mr. O'Brien is President and Chief Executive Officer of PECO Energy Company, and Executive Vice President of Exelon, one of the nation's five largest electric utilities. Mr. O'Brien is responsible for overseeing PECO's operations and overall performance associated with service reliability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory and external affairs. Prior to being appointed to this leadership position, Mr. O'Brien served as Executive Vice President and previously as Vice President for operations with responsibility for engineering, construction, maintenance, and emergency response for the company's natural gas and electric distribution systems. He was also PECO's Director of Transmission and Substations and Director of Operations for the Bucks and Montgomery County Regions. He has 30 years of utility experience in engineering, operations, strategic planning, and executive management. His special assignments have included strategic planning on mergers and acquisitions, development of the company's deregulation strategy, and organizational redesigns to improve performance. Mr. O'Brien started at PECO in 1979 as a summer intern and joined the staff in 1982. He has served as Director of the Greater Philadelphia YMCA, the Franklin Institute, and WHYY, Inc. Mr. O'Brien has also served as Director for the American Gas Association, Energy Association of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Business Council, Pennsylvania Economy League, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Edison Power Research Institute. Since 2004, he has served as a member of the Drexel Board of Trustees.

Mr. O'Hara is Founder and Executive Chairman of CUE, LLC, a software based marketplace aimed at small and medium businesses. He is also the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Congruex, LLC, an engineering and construction company focused on the telecommunications and utility industries. He also currently serves on the Board of RigNet, a company that specializes in providing remote communication services to the oil and gas industry around the world. Prior to starting CUE and Congruex, Mr. O'Hara served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Integra Telecom, a facility-based communications company operating in the western U.S. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Elemental Technologies until its sale to Amazon in 2015. He co-founded Troppus Software, a software as a service company, and led the business until its sale to EchoStar in 2011.
Previously, he co-founded Level 3 Communications and served as its president and Chief Operating Officer responsible for all day to day operations until 2008. Prior to Level 3, Mr. O'Hara was President and CEO of MFS Global Network Services, one of the first facility-based competitors to the local telephone companies in the U.S. and Europe. He held that position until MFS was sold to Worldcom in 1996. He served on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and currently serves as a presidential advisor to the BBBS of Colorado.
At Drexel, Mr. O'Hara established scholarships for College of Engineering and College of Information Sciences and Technology students. He was elected to the National Commission of Cooperative Education Hall of Fame in 2005. He received the Alumni Achievement Award from Drexel's College of Engineering in 2004 and was named to the College's Alumni Circle of Distinction in 2001. Mr. O'Hara earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1995.

The Honorable A. Raymond Randolph, BS, LeBow College of Business, Commerce and Engineering, 1966. Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals
The Honorable A. Raymond Randolph is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He assumed senior status on November 1, 2008. Judge Randolph began his legal career in 1970 as Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States, and following two years in private practice, he was named Deputy Solicitor General of the United States. He served as Special Counsel to the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct (the Ethics Committee) of the U.S. House of Representatives. Judge Randolph operated his own law firm for 10 years before joining the law firm Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz, until his appointment to the bench. Judge Randolph has been involved in some of the most important legal matters in modern American history including cases focused on the Pentagon Papers, Watergate, Whitewater, President Clinton's impeachment, Vice President Cheney's energy task force, Microsoft, and the Guantanamo Bay detainees. He has argued before the Supreme Court 25 times in his career. Judge Randolph has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center and at the George Mason University School of Law. From 1995 to 1998, Judge Randolph served as Chairman of the Committee on Codes of Conduct of the Judicial Conference of the United States. In 2002, he received the James Wilson Award from the Penn Law School Alumni Association. Judge Randolph serves on Drexel's Board of Directors for the Earle Mack School of Law.

Charles K. Valutas, BS, LeBow College of Business, Business Administration, 1973. Former Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Sunoco, Inc.
In 2008, Mr. Valutas retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Sunoco after three decades of service. At Sunoco, Mr. Valutas was responsible for corporate health, environment, safety and security; engineering services; information systems; supply chain transaction operations; the headquarters facility; and company-wide diversity. Sunoco is a leading independent oil refiner and marketer and one of the largest companies in the Philadelphia area. Prior to his roles as SVP and CAO, Mr. Valutas was Vice President of Sunoco's Chemicals Unit, and earlier, he served as General Manager, Sales & Marketing for the Chemicals Division. Mr. Valutas is a board member of The Philadelphia Orchestra and the Chemical Heritage Foundation. In addition, Mr. Valutas has served on the Board of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Valutas currently serves on the Drexel University Board of Trustees. He was named to the National Commission for Cooperative Education Hall of Fame in 2006.
