Opening Panel and Luncheon Plenary
Opening Panel
Future-of-work strategist Heather E. McGowan spoke at the SCUP Conference on how leaders need to consider the current literature and trends in preparing their stakeholders and organizations for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where she calls out learning as the new pension. We need to learn with our students, and consider new processes and possibilities when it comes to assessment, workforce development and lifelong learning. It requires a new way to collect our data to tell stories and ultimately provide pathways for today's students. As three progressive leaders at higher ed institutions, I was hoping to moderate a panel that includes you and considers your stories, current literature and processes for helping your institution meet the needs of today's learners.

Luncheon Plenary
This panel is dedicated to all of the things that the panelists wish that they would have known while they were leading their own accreditation review. Many times individuals will agonize over small decisions, spend time on things that they shouldn't or do things that should have been delegated. Some of this could have been avoided with some well-timed guidance. Come out and listen to some stories and tips at this accreditation therapy session.
