Andrea Modica’s work exhibited

Andrea Modica, Art & Art History Associate Professor, recently had her work exhibited by Philadelphia’s Gallery 339 in the Association of International Photography Art Dealers Photography Show New York, at the Park Avenue Armory. The show featured work from more than 80 of the world’s leading photography art galleries. Click here to learn more about AIPAD. Additionally, two of Modica’s photographs are included in the portraiture-based exhibition, “Invitation to Stare,” at the Akron Art Museum through June 1. The exhibition is of both recent acquisitions and classic work in the museum’s permanent collection, including work by such photographers as Diane Arbus and Harry Callahan. Modica also recently had a photograph published in the 20th anniversary issue of Blindspot.
