Climbing Wall rentals are a great for social events and birthday parties. Drexel Recreation Center membership is not required for climbing wall rentals. No experience is necessary and equipment is provided.

Rental Details

• No experience necessary. Instructors will guide participants through the experience.
• Participants must reserve the space for a minimum of 2 hours
• Cost is $300 for the first two hours and $150 for each additional hour.
• Two weeks advanced notice requested to book an event.
• To schedule an event, email climbing@drexel.edu.

Note: To assure the correct staffing levels for climbing parties and wall rentals, the final group size and payment of balance due is required one week prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

• Rentals cancelled more than 7 days in advance will not be charged.
• Rentals cancelled less than 7 days in advance will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
• Rentals cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full rental fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to climbing@drexel.edu.
