Pediatric Primary Care Practitioner Certificate

Program of Study

In order to obtain a postmaster’s certificate as a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner all of the following courses must have been completed within the past seven years or will need to be completed.

  • NURS 643 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner II: Episodic Care of Infants, Children, and Adolescents 5.0
  • NURS 644 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner III: Primary Care Issues in Children with Chronic Illness 5.0
  • NURS 646 Pharmacology for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners 3.0
  • NURS 645 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner IV: Primary Care of Adolescents 5.0
  • NURS 669 Professional Seminar for Advanced Practice Nurses 1.0
  • NURS 548 Advanced Pathophysiology 3.0
  • NURS 549 Advanced Pharmacology 3.0
