9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Goodwin College’s Lean Six Sigma Executive Overview is a one-day, three-hour workshop designed to introduce Lean Six Sigma methodology to key organizational leaders who directly manage operations in their workplace.

The course provides:
  • a fundamental understanding of the executive’s role in Operational Excellence and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles
  • knowledge of strategic questions to ask that can promote the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to drive business value, lead change, and ensure return on investment (ROI)

By attending this class, leaders will better understand – and feel more confident employing – the opportunities and approaches that will enable their teams to improve processes and enhance performance.
