SSCE 9095: Lean Six Sigma Workshop - Executive Overview

Goodwin College’s Lean Six Sigma
Executive Overview is a one-day, three-hour workshop designed to introduce Lean Six Sigma methodology to key organizational
leaders who directly manage operations in their workplace.
The course provides:
- a fundamental understanding of the executive’s
role in Operational Excellence and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles
- knowledge of strategic questions to ask that can
promote the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to drive business value,
lead change, and ensure return on investment (ROI)
- a hands-on overview of the DMAIC (Define –
Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control) process improvement methodology
By attending this class, leaders will better understand –
and feel more confident employing – the opportunities and approaches that will
enable their teams to improve processes and enhance performance.
Attendees will learn to “talk the talk” of Lean Six Sigma, so they can effectively
motivate their teams to learn to “walk the walk.”
This SSCE 9095 workshop will be offered twice on
Friday, March 18, 2016.
