Bobbie Posmontier, PhD, an assistant professor in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Department, received a Stein Fellowship for the upcoming academic year. She was notified on June 4 by the Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs of Drexel University. The fellowship will support the Multidisciplinary Model of Social Worker Administered Psychotherapy for Postpartum Depression, where Posmontier will be training Israeli social workers to administer interpersonal psychotherapy for women with postpartum depression in the primary care setting.

 “I was absolutely thrilled on receiving the notice about this award,” Posmontier said. “It will allow me and my team to further my work in addressing the needs of women with postpartum depression in Israel who might not otherwise receive care.”
