Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly 2015 - Best Place to Fix Your Running Form
August 27, 2015
The Running Performance & Research Center at Drexel Parkway Health & Wellness was named Philadelphia Magazine’s Best of Philly®2015 - Best Place to Fix Your Running Form.
The accolades read, “Ready to go from casual jogger to Broad Street-er? For $200, an expert at this clinic will video-analyze your run, then let you know exactly how to improve your form, add to your distance and prevent injury.”
The recognition comes just in time for the third in the Running Performance & Research Center’s running lecture series “Keys to Running a Successful Fall Marathon.”
The September 30th event is FREE and perfect for runners of all levels – especially those training for the Philadelphia Marathon this fall.
Speakers Rahul Kapur, MD Chief Medical Physician at Penn Medicine, Robert Maschi, PT Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Drexel University, Karl Savage, co-owner of Fairmount Running Company and Jenkintown Running Company, and Stella Lucia Volpe, PhD professor and Chair of the Department of Nutrition Sciences at Drexel University, will highlight techniques to maximize your running performance, avoid injuries, and provide training tips.
