Stella Volpe, PhD, professor and chair of the Department of Nutrition Sciences in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, was interviewed on KYW Newsradio (1060-AM) on September 10 in a story about effective diets and portion control.  Dr. Volpe was also interviewed for a September 16 Harpers Bazaar article about rowing workouts.

Brandy-Joe Milliron, PhD, assistant professor in the College of Nursing and Health Professions’ Nutrition Sciences Department, was interviewed on KYW-TV (CBS-3) on September 9 about new CDC research showing that children consume high levels of sodium.

Karen Goldschmidt, assistant clinical professor and Chair of the RN-BSN Department, was interviewed for a TV news segment on My Fox Philly about our partnership with Delaware County Community College, as was current RN-BSN student Rochelle “Shelley” Wright.

Marcia Sue Cohen-Liebman, a PhD candidate in the Creative Arts Therapies Program, was interviewed by Dr. David Gussak on forensic art therapy for a blog post on Psychology Today’s website.
