Alumni of the College of Nursing and Health Professions and its predecessor institutions who are looking to become more engaged with the College and take on a new leadership role are encouraged to apply to become a member of the CNHP Alumni Network’s Board of Directors. The Board is currently seeking applications and hopes to have member representation for each academic program in the College, which includes Pre- and Post-licensure Nursing, Creative Arts Therapies (Music, Art, and Dance/Movement modalities), Health Services Administration, Health Sciences, Radiologic Technology, Nutrition Sciences, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, Physician Assistant, and Behavioral Health Counseling Programs.

The Board of Directors oversees the CNHP Alumni Network’s efforts to engage, advance, and support the College and its alumni and students through a variety of networking opportunities, activities, and programs. This includes working closely with the College to further its mission and its strategic initiatives. Members of the Board of Directors are elected based upon their demonstrated leadership and service to their chosen profession, Drexel University, the College of Nursing and Health Professions, and to the community. More specifically, candidates should have a strong commitment to the mission of the CNHP Alumni Network and must be eager and willing to commit their time and share their wisdom in representing the alumni constituency.

Nominees are required to be alumni of Drexel University and must submit the Candidate Letter of Interest via email no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 3, 2014.
