Dean Donnelly and the CNHP Alumni Network hosted a reception for alumni and friends in conjunction with the 26th Annual Scientific Sessions of the Eastern Nursing Research Society on April 10 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel. Alumni, friends, and even a few current students from the College of Nursing and Health Professions enjoyed a selection of appetizers, beer, and wine as they listened to brief presentations by Laura Valenti, Executive Director of College Engagement, Susan Smith, Associate Dean of Research, and Elizabeth Gonzalez, an associate professor and Department Chair of the Doctoral Nursing Program. Attendees mingled with one another following the presentations, which included information about the Alumni Network, new clinical practices at Drexel’s Parkway Health and Wellness, and notable nursing faculty research projects.
